How to Sign up for Medicaid
Medicaid is a joint federal and state program that helps with medical costs for some people with low incomes and limited resources. Medicaid programs vary from state to state, but most health care costs are covered if you qualify for both Medicare and Medicaid.
In order to sign up for Medicaid you will need to go to your local Medicaid office. Or visit the Healthcare.gov: Do I Qualify for Medicaid? section. There, you will find updated information regarding Medicaid benefits in your state and what the next step in the process would be for applying.
If you qualify, and receive Medicare benefits (A & B), there are a number of plans available to cover most health care costs, as mentioned above.
Contact us immediately if you would like to sign up for an Advantage Plan that offers added benefits for Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries.
